Everything is different this school year. Now more than ever, we are all
witnessing firsthand the challenges that our children, teachers and school face.
Each and every student deserves a quality, equitable and well-rounded education.
Typically, the Loyal Heights PTA raises funds each year to ensure our students and
staff have the tools and support they need to succeed and thrive in their education,
things like:
Counseling Program Tutoring & Technology
Library Books Teacher Materials & Training
Equity Awareness and Education Family Support
It is important to note that PTA funding reaches
eachand every student.
In October, Loyal Heights would have held our 25th annual Move-A-Thon! This amazing event is the first of two main fundraising events and typically helps to raise $50,000 for the PTA. Eventually our kids will be back in school and we will again gather face-to-face to hold fundraising events like we once did. In the meantime, the money raised at those fundraisers is still needed and we are asking for your support this year by making a direct donation in November.
After revising our anticipated expenses to reflect our online school setting and collaborating with the LHE administrative team to prioritize school essentials, it is our goal to raise $104,840 - that is $224 per student. We realize and understand that this is a large ask during a challenging time. Any amount you can give is much appreciated. Donating is easy and 100% tax deductible.
